Thanks very much for your purchase of Notion. We realize not everything works for everyone 100% of the time, so if you’re not experiencing the results you hoped, send us back the bottle (even if it’s empty) within 30-days and we’ll refund your order. Here are the details of our return and refund policy.

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our products and want customers to be satisfied with them. We do apply returns to the tender it was purchased with.

What is your return policy?

To be eligible for a return, simply visit our Self-Service Return Portal or call our Customer Support at (888) 767-2792. Having your order number on hand helps us locate your purchase the fastest. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.

Returns

Once you have received your order you will have 30-calendar days to return it. To be eligible for a return, simply visit our Self-Service Return Portal or call our Customer Service Specialists at (888) 767-2792 and request a return label which will be emailed to you. Then, follow the steps in the Return Request Confirmation email. Having your order number on hand helps us locate your purchase the fastest. If you don't have your order number, we should be able to find the purchase in other ways, but we may ask you for more information, so we can better assist with your request. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.

Refund Policy

We will immediately notify you via email that we have received your returned item. Within 2-business days of receipt, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. This should show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

Are there restocking fees?

There are absolutely no restocking fees when returning Notion.

Is there a time-limit to return?

Steps to Return

We appreciate you giving Notion a try. Simply go to our website and click the Self-Service Return Portal within the "Contact Us" page to request a return. Then, follow the steps in the Return Request Confirmation email. Alternatively, you can email us at hello@cbdnotion.com or call Customer Support at (888) 767-2792 to request a return label. Having your order number on hand helps us locate your purchase the fastest. If you don't have your order number, we should be able to find the purchase in other ways, but we may ask you for more information, so we can better assist with your request. Keep in mind that it can take up to two (2) weeks for us to receive your package back. For your security, it is advised you return your package with an insured carrier (eg., USPS Parcel Post, UPS, or FedEx) and retain a receipt for your records. This will protect you in the event that the item is damaged or lost in transit. 

We process all returns within two (2) business days of us receiving the package. Please know it usually takes 3-5 business days for credit card companies to process the refund and some credit card companies will not apply the refund for up to a month, so you may not see it on your bank statement right away. Be on the lookout for an email with your refund receipt from us as soon as we have received and processed your return. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
